This morning I made my way out into my yard and found this rabbit sitting there. I don’t know what’s made these rabbits so trusting of humans, but it helps in regards to allowing me to capture better photos of them. The rabbit was sitting peacefully in the grass and became statuesque as it noticed me approaching. I was surprised at how close I was able to get to it, but, like I said, these rabbits seem to have no fear (or very little) of the people that live around here. I am happy with the way the light was shining in the rabbit’s eye–especially considering it was sitting in a shaded area.
