Night Candle | Day 15/365

f/1.8, 1/8, ISO 1600

Today I wandered around my room in search of something to take a photo of and came across this old candle holder I’ve had since I was a teenager. I love this candle holder, but I’m a huge fan of moons, stars, and night time scenes in general, so that would explain some things. Either way, while on hold with customer service (long story) I decided to assemble my lightbox (minus my cat) and start shooting my photo for the day. That’s right, I was on hold long enough to light a candle, place everything where I wanted it to go and take eleven photos. And yes, I was shooting in manual mode and manually focusing. I finished taking the photos of the candle holder long before I was connected to a human to speak with. That is a pretty long time to wait if you think about it.
