Dirt and Grass

f/5.0, 1/60, ISO100

Did ya miss me? I know, I didn’t post yesterday like usual, but it has been quite the busy weekend. My best friend, who I’ve known since I was a kid, got married this weekend and I’ve just been enjoying my extended weekend in general, so I ended up skipping yesterday’s post. But there I am and here is a new photo for your viewing pleasure! It’s dirt…and grass. Yes, I decided one day that I was going to take a close-up shot of the dirt and grass in my yard. Don’t ask me why, the feeling just struck me to do it. It’s actually kind of an interesting photo in my opinion, but my taste is certainly not the same as others, so…

What do you think of this photo? I’m still learning so any critique is appreciated and welcomed!

Oh. P.S. The post, Fel’s Beginnings: Felicia vs Camera Strap was my 100th post! I’m so excited and want to take a minute to thank everyone who has visited, commented and shared my photos and photo blog.
