I have something to admit…I forgot to take a picture today, or at least I thought I did. Turns out, I took a photo of the SteamVac Ultra detergent before lending the rug shampooer to a friend. I knew I needed to get more detergent, so in order to remember which one to get, I snapped a photo of the bottle before giving it to my friend. So, there you have it, a picture of the SteamVac Ultra detergent that I need to get for my rug shampooer at one point or another.

If you’ve never heard of or never seen the show Impractical Jokers, shame on you! It is a hilarious show starring 4 lifelong friends who compete to embarrass each other in public. Did I mention Impractical Jokers is hilarious and it comes on truTV? Anyway, these friends are also part of an improve group called The Tenderloins and they had a show locally. Of course I had to go and I took my husband and mother along with me because we all love and watch the show. Anyway, at the end of the show, the guys posed for a picture. I only had my camera with me and being on the shorter side, it was difficult to get a good picture. But, I did get this one, which isn’t terrible; though, the on-stage lighting made it difficult to get a clear shot of their faces (plus, I had to find a spot I could see through). It was a great night though and I hope they come back for another show!

Yesterday my husband brought me home a surprise. A bouquet of roses to celebrate being together for 9 years. He also gave me the idea of taking a rose outside and putting it into the snow to take a photo. So, I went with the idea and here is what I came up with. While typing this, I came up with another pose I could have placed the rose in, but we may have to save that for another day. When editing. I thought that making the background black and white, it would make the rose pop. It took some work and a bit of frustration, but I think I finally got it just right.

My husband and I are HUGE Dr. Who fans. We have a lot of Dr. Who items around the house and that includes the two items in this picture. In the background, we have a TARDIS pillow and in the forefront, we have Dr. Hooves. When I was looking for Christmas gifts, I saw Dr. Hooves at Barnes and Noble, I couldn’t resist. He’s also wearing a green tie, my husband’s favorite color.

My bathroom has been usually cold lately. So cold that apparently ice has started to form around the bathroom window. It may be time to turn the heat on in there to warm it up a bit, or get new windows. Either way, it will be a bit warmer in there and, hopefully, no more signs of ice.

This is Max Payne, he’s from a video game and has his own movie. That’s about the jist of what I know about him considering I’ve never played the game and I think I only saw the movie once. I took this photo with my new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and also did all of the editing with my phone aside from adding the watermark (which is something I can do, but I didn’t have the photo on my phone). I think the picture of Max Payne came out pretty well and I LOVE all of the editing options I have available to me. Can’t wait to try it out some more later.

I cannot put into words how excited I was to FINALLY have the opportunity to upgrade my phone. My old phone was not doing the trick and the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 had my name written all over it. As soon as I was given the green light to upgrade, I dragged my husband (and his credit card) to the store. After an unreal amount of time trying to convince the sales people we did not want to change to the Edge plan, I finally got to take home my Note 4. And since they did not have the case I wanted (they didn’t believe it existed), I (and by “I” I mean, my husband) ordered it for me and it came today. This isn’t the best picture and really doesn’t do the Note 4 or the case justice, but I was too excited and had to snap its picture.

I am always looking at the sky for new photo opportunities. I wanted to take some new photos of the moon for quite some time, but it’s been pretty cloudy here recently. Finally, the chance presented itself and I didn’t miss out. I took a couple of new shots of the moon on a clear night. I only wish it had been a full moon, but this is close enough.
